We are a faith-driven organization dedicated to empowering widows, missionaries, orphanages, and Christian ministries through financial support, resources, and partnerships. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services.By using SOOWER's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

  1. 1. About SOOWER

    SOOWER Foundation is a Christian foundation created to connect donors with ministries and individuals in need. Through our various initiatives—including WidowCare, MissionCare, DAD Project, and Ministry Partnerships—we aim to provide financial assistance, educational scholarships, and sustainable support to those who need it most. Our mission is rooted in faith, compassion, and generosity, ensuring that every donation makes a tangible impact.Our platform allows individuals, churches, and organizations to contribute to specific causes, sponsor children, support missionaries, or donate to partner ministries. Ministries in need of funding can also apply to join our partnership program and receive donations for their projects.

  2. 2. Eligibility

    To use our platform and services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor.
    • Provide accurate and complete information when signing up, donating, or applying for support.
    • Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
    • Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities while using SOOWER.

    SOOWER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or engage in misconduct.

  3. 3. Donations and Sponsorships

    3.1 General Donations

    • Donations made through SOOWER are voluntary and non-refundable,except in cases of accidental transactions, fraudulent activity, or system errors.
    • Every donation is directed toward the selected program or partner ministry, and we strive to ensure that funds are used responsibly.

    3.2 Sponsorships (DAD Project)

    • When you sponsor a child through the DAD Project, an account will be created for you, allowing you to track your donations, monitor the child's progress, and receive updates.
    • Sponsors will be notified when a child has been assigned to them and will be able to follow their educational journey through periodic updates.

    3.3 Ministry Partnerships

    • Partner ministries that receive funding from SOOWER are required to submit periodic reports  detailing how the funds are used.
    • We perform a vetting process before onboarding ministries to ensure transparency and accountability.
    • If a partner ministry is found misusing funds or engaging in unethical behavior, SOOWER reserves the right to suspend or terminate the partnership.
  4. 4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

    • When you create an account on SOOWER, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You agree not to share your password with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
    • If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

    SOOWER is not liable for any unauthorized transactions or misuse of an account resulting from a user's negligence.

  5. 5. Acceptable Use Policy

    To maintain a safe, ethical, and faith-driven environment, we expect all users to adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy.

    5.1 Prohibited Activities

    The following activities are strictly prohibited on SOOWER's platform:

    • 1. Illegal Activities - Using the platform for activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
    • 2. Fraud & Misrepresentation - Providing false information, impersonating others, or misusing donations for personal gain.
    • 3. Hate Speech & Harassment - Posting or sharing content that promotes hate, discrimination, threats, or abuse against any group or individual.
    • 4. Unauthorized Fundraising - Soliciting donations outside of SOOWER's approved programs and partnerships.
    • 5. Security Violations - Attempting to hack, exploit, or manipulate the platform for malicious purposes.
    • 6. Spamming & Unsolicited Messaging - Sending excessive messages or promotions that disrupt the user experience.

    5.2 Enforcement of Policies

    Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

    • Warning notices requesting compliance.
    • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
    • Legal action if necessary.

    We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user engaging in prohibited activities.

  6. 6. Intellectual Property Rights

    All content, including logos, graphics, text, and digital materials, is the property of SOOWER or our partners. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.If you wish to use our branding or materials for promotional purposes, you must obtain prior written permission from SOOWER.

  7. 7. Limitation of Liability

    • SOOWER does not guarantee uninterrupted service or access to our platform at all times.
    • We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or system outages that may impact user experience.

    SOOWER may update these terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website, and users will be notified of significant changes.
